These terms govern use of the Orvelle Privé website and the submission of requests for private residences and concierge services.
1. Enquiries are not confirmed bookings
Property availability, rates, minimum stays and services are provided upon request. Any displayed “From” price is an indicative guide, may be converted and rounded for clarity, and is not a quotation. A submitted form, saved residence or proposal does not create a reservation. A stay is confirmed only after the relevant written agreement, verification and payment requirements have been completed.
2. Collection information
We take reasonable care with descriptions, photography, amenities and location information, but they may change and may include material supplied by owners or partners. Final details will be confirmed before a booking. Map markers may be approximate to protect the privacy of a residence.
3. Property proposals
By proposing a property, you confirm that you own it or are authorised to act for its owner and that you may provide the submitted information and media for private review. A proposal does not guarantee acceptance, publication, representation or any particular commercial result. Nothing is published as a property listing without further review and agreement.
4. Responsible use
You may use this website for genuine personal or professional travel enquiries and property proposals. You must not attempt to interfere with the service, access the private office without authority, scrape protected content at scale, or submit unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing material.
5. Intellectual property
The Orvelle Privé name, site design, editorial content and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party photography, mapping and property materials remain the property of their respective owners and licensors.
6. Third-party services
Residence owners, transport providers, chefs, guides and other concierge partners may provide services under separate terms. Orvelle Privé will identify relevant terms during the request and confirmation process.
7. Liability and availability
The website is provided on an availability basis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from use of, or inability to access, this informational website.
