This policy explains how Orvelle Privé collects, uses and protects personal information when you explore our collection, submit an enquiry or work with our private concierge.
1. Who is responsible for your information
Orvelle Privé is the data controller for information submitted through this website. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to hello@orvelleprive.com.
2. Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, destination, travel dates, group size, residence or service requested, and any details you include in a message. If you propose a property for representation, we also collect the property address, ownership or authority confirmation, accommodation facts, amenities, description, representation preference, photographs and any secure asset link you choose to provide. Our systems may also receive ordinary technical records such as IP address, browser type, request time and security logs.
3. How we use it
We use personal information to answer enquiries, assess availability, prepare tailored proposals, arrange requested services, maintain the security and performance of the website, meet legal obligations and—with your permission—send relevant news. We rely on steps requested before entering an arrangement, performance of an arrangement, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, legal obligations, or consent where appropriate.
4. Who receives it
Access is limited to authorised Orvelle Privé personnel and service providers who support hosting, communications, property operations or concierge fulfilment. Where a request requires a residence owner or specialist partner, we share only the information reasonably needed to consider or deliver it. We do not sell personal information.
5. International processing
Some providers or partners may process information outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry and property-proposal records are retained only for as long as needed to assess or manage the request, maintain an appropriate relationship history, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting duties. Photographs and documents submitted with a property proposal are reviewed only for that proposal and any representation subsequently agreed with you. Security logs are retained for a limited operational period.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
8. Uploaded media, preferences and external services
Property photographs uploaded through the owner form are stored under non-predictable file addresses and linked to the private proposal record; they are not automatically published as a listing. Links you provide to Google Drive, Dropbox or another document service remain subject to that provider’s privacy terms. Your wishlist and display preferences are stored locally in your browser and remain on that device until you remove them or clear site data. Interactive maps may request map resources from an external mapping provider, which may receive standard technical connection data.
9. Optional website measurement
On the main website, and only with your permission, Google Analytics measures website visits and usage, and Google Ads measures advertising performance. You can allow either category, both, or neither. Google may receive technical device and connection data, cookie identifiers, page information, website search terms and advertising click identifiers. With advertising permission, a successfully saved stay, yacht, contact or concierge enquiry sends a lead-conversion event to Google Ads with an opaque request reference and a nominal value in EUR. We do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, travel details or enquiry message contents to these tools. Personalised advertising, Google Signals and enhanced conversions are not enabled by our integration. Google may process data internationally under its applicable terms. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites. Change or withdraw permission using Cookie settings at any time. These tags are not installed on our proposals microsite.
10. Security and changes
We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely risk free. We may update this notice when the service or legal requirements change; the date above identifies the current version.
